DIGITAL SIGNATURE

The Digital Signature makes it possible to sign electronic documents. Digital and
handwritten signatures are equated under certain general conditions. The Digital
Signature enables the execution of payment orders in ELBA without the input of the
PIN or TAN.

ELBA was distinguished as electronic service by a.trust. Secure Digital Signatures
will be created by using this service according to the Austrian Signature Law (SigG).

Since ELBA version 5.7.0 the signature client is integrated in ELBA5.
